APS an advanced elastomeric sealant that goes on milky and turns clear when cured, helping to eliminate installer error. APS is appropriate for wood, stucco, hardy and many other substrates. The fact that it’s water based with low VOCs means it’s even easier to work with and clean up is simple. APS can be sprayed on or rolled on depending on what works best for the particular substrate.
