Our warranty covers chipping, flaking, or peeling of the coating. If such an issue arises within the warranty period, AmCoat Industrial or your dealer will provide free replacement product to remedy the affected area.
Installation Warranty:
Covers labor to remedy workmanship-related defects. Your Rhino Shield dealer is responsible for this and offers a service labor installation warranty which is detailed in your Rhino Shield warranty provided to you after purchase.
What You’ll Need to Submit:
Dealer Contract (provided by dealer)
RS Warranty (provided by dealer)
Photos of the affected area(s) – close up and back away shots are preferred.
Brief description of the issue
Your contract and warranty are required proof of purchase submissions. If not provided, AmCoat cannot process your warranty claim.
